Dave’s Hot Chicken is looking for Training & New Restaurant Openings Team members to lead and support our New Restaurant Openings (NRO) across the country. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring every new location operates at peak performance while maintaining our signature high-energy, high-quality brand standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Execute: Oversee and implement the New Restaurant Opening training program, ensuring seamless operations from day one.
  • Train & Develop: Teach and mentor new team members and managers, instilling our brand culture, standards, and procedures.
  • Support & Guide: Providing hands-on leadership, feedback, and coaching to drive success.
  • Plan & Organize: Coordinate travel, schedules, and logistics for training sessions, ensuring a smooth rollout for each new location.
  • Innovate & Improve: Continuously assess training programs, providing fresh ideas and adjustments to enhance learning and efficiency.
  • Represent the Brand: Be a role model of excellence, professionalism, and enthusiasm in every aspect of training and operations.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • A passion for training, team development, and restaurant operations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in training, teaching, or hospitality management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build strong relationships.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with strong organizational skills.
  • The flexibility to travel frequently, work varying schedules, including nights and weekends, and to be away from home for up to 3 weeks.
