Dave's Hot Chicken has taken the United States by storm over the last few years, serving Nashville Style Hot Chicken across 300+ stores. It has become one of the fastest growing restaurant brands in US history.

We will be opening our 2nd UK store in Birmingham in July and are now getting our team together ready to BLOW THEIR MINDS!

We are looking for fun, hardworking and reliable team members who will work across all sections of the store, giving our customers a great experience and supporting your fellow team members.

3 MILLION social followers and our mate Drake is an owner - what more do you want? Over the coming weeks we'll be holding sessions for you to learn more, ask questions, we'll even throw in a cuppa and biscuit - COME FOR A CHAT!


Starting Salary: £12.50 ph

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Team Member, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering speedy service and engaging with guests. You'll collaborate closely with your fellow teammates to get things done, all while sticking to our safety and security guidelines. Plus, you’ll tackle other fun tasks assigned by the Restaurant Management Team!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DAVE'S HOT CHICKEN TEAM MEMBER

  • Greet and Delight: Welcome guests with a big smile, take their orders, and serve delicious food and drinks with a can-do attitude!
  • Team Up: Work alongside your awesome teammates to whip up DHC menu items, following cooking instructions and keeping everything safe and sanitary.
  • Kitchen Whiz: Master our kitchen gadgets like ice cream dispensers, fryers, and warmers to create mouthwatering dishes.
  • Keep it Clean: Ensure our restaurant sparkles by clearing tables, sweeping and mopping, sanitizing kitchen tools, and sprucing up the restrooms.
  • Handle with Care: Address any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and a smile, turning every interaction into a “mind-blowing” experience that keeps them coming back for more!

MUST HAVES

  • You’re at least 18 years old.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and both opening and closing shifts.
  • You can stand for long periods, thrive in a bustling environment, and handle bending and stooping.
  • Comfortable working in close quarters and around heat.
  • A positive attitude is a must, no matter the task!
  • A commitment to making every guest feel special.
  • Strong communication skills with your teammates and the management team.
  • Reliable transportation to get to work.
  • A phone or other reliable way to stay connected with the team.
