Dave’s Hot Chicken is on the lookout for a General Manager, someone who’s driven, has a flair for leadership and can help us turn guests into fans!

What’s involved?

As General Manager, you’ll play a vital role in leading the team, driving performance and sales and delivering results and standards.

Previous experience as a General Manager within the QSR/Hospitality industry, with a successful track record.
Ability to turn guests into fans, put the customer first and understand what it takes to maintain good reviews (Mystery Guest included) and return clientele.
Skilled in motivating, encouraging and maintaining a high performing team, managing staffing and scheduling, and looking out for future leaders of DHC UK&I.
Recruiting, training, and inspiring a high-performing team that brings the Dave’s vibe to life.
Taking ownership of daily operations, including smooth openings and closings, accurate cash handling, and rock-solid food safety standards.
Supporting the development of future leaders and helping new starters hit the ground running.
Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays if required.

Ideal candidate

Off-the-scale energy and passion.
Extensive experience in restaurants operations.
Previous new restaurant opening experience (preferred).
