Join the hype as a Team Member at Dave’s Hot Chicken—where energy is high, the chicken is 🔥, and no two shifts are ever the same.


You’ll be right in the middle of the action, working across guest service, food prep, and team support. Whether you’re serving up smiles at the till or perfecting our signature dishes in the kitchen, you’ll play a key role in delivering unforgettable, “mind-blowing” experiences.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Delivering fast, friendly, and fun service in a high-energy environment
  • Getting stuck into all areas of the restaurant—from front counter to kitchen
  • Working closely with your teammates to keep things running smoothly
  • Following food safety, cleanliness, and security standards at all times
  • Supporting the management team with day-to-day tasks and keeping the good vibes flowing


MUST HAVES

  • You’re 18 or over
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night closes (yep, sometimes 2–3am!)
  • Comfortable being on your feet and working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Able to handle heat (literally 🔥) and work in close team spaces
  • A positive attitude—non-negotiable
  • Great communication skills with both teammates and managers
  • A passion for delivering amazing guest experiences
  • Reliable transport to and from work
  • A phone or reliable way to stay connected with the team
